Appswave Conferencing provides a fully integrated and complete Web Conferencing system, that allows users to substitute physical meetings with virtual meetings. Thus it helps both to dramatically improve the interaction between geographical dispersed co-workers, as well as to increase the frequency of meetings while in the same time not requiring the cost for travelling.
Ad Hoc Meetings
Via the integrated Presence Awareness everybody
is able to directly contact anybody in an ad hoc fashion, e.g. to quickly clarify budget questions, or to agree on customer quotes,
or to discuss the status of a project.
The number of users within sessions is not limited: ad hoc meetings can be conducted as one-to-one meetings as well as a meeting of three or more users.
