How do I pay may Appswave subscription?
For your convenience Appswave provides payment via a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard). Customers holding a German bank account can utilize direct debit (Lastschrift-Einzugsverfahren). For subscriptions of 12 months we provide the option of paying via invoice and bank transfer.
Can I change my payment method?
On subscription our customers will be automatically provided with a user-ID and password that allows accessing our SelfService Portal. Within the SelfService Portal customers can at any time change their subscription information: this includes address, payment method as well as the subscription period and even the number of subscribed users. Above this they will be provided access to the past invoices.
How do I change the number of users for my subscription?
Using the Appswave SelfService Portal you can at any time change the number of users for your subscription. Increases will be activated immediately and invoiced for the remainder of the current billing period, reductions will be active starting from the next billing period.
How is billing/charging done for my subscription?
Billing generally will be performed at the beginning of a subscription period.
What is the notice period if I want to cancel my subscription?
An Appswave subscription is recurring, it prolongs automatically at the end of the last subscription. You can terminate a subscription with a notice period of 2 weeks before the end of the last subscription. Cancellations are performed simply via e-mail or fax (details can be obtained on the Contact-Page.
