How do I change the number of users for my subscription?
Using the net-conference SelfService Portal you can at any time change the number of users for your subscription. Increases will be activated immediately and invoiced for the remainder of the current billing period, reductions will be active starting from the next billing period.
How is billing/charging done for my subscription?
Billing generally will be performed at the beginning of a subscription period.
What is the notice period if I want to cancel my subscription?
An net-conference subscription is recurring, it prolongs automatically at the end of the last subscription. You can terminate a subscription with a notice period of 2 weeks before the end of the last subscription. Cancellations are performed simply via e-mail or fax (details can be obtained on the Contact-Page.
